She was predeceased by: her parents, Salvatore Branca and Carmella Branca (Schiavo); her husband Jacob Melnick; and her sons, Robert Melnick and Dr. Kevin Melnick.
She is survived by: her children, Jacob Melnick (Anna), Steven Melnick (Jacqueline) and Patricia Nyholm (late Charles "Dick"); and her daughters-in-law, Dolores Melnick and Valerie Melnick. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 13 great grandchildren.
