He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Ottaviano and Joan Ottaviano. He is survived by: his son Dillon Ottaviano; the mother of his child Wendy Stamm; his sister Rachel Milleo (Matthew); his nieces, Mia and Gianna Milleo; his aunts, Ines "Honey" Bawbuniak and Janet McNamara (Barry); and his close friend Dana DelPizzo.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM. A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Francis of Assisi Church (600 Hamilton St, Norristown, PA 19401). A committal service was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 12:15 PM at the St. Patrick Cemetery (2400 Dekalb Pike, East Norriton, PA 19403).
