She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Bernick and Theresa Bernick; her son Michael C. Kohl; and her siblings, Theresa Bernick, Ethel Bernick and Chuck Bernick.

She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer Kohl (Kevin Miller); her grandchildren, Justin, Jadon, Sarah, Kevin Jr., Isabella, Mason and Kyleigh; and her siblings, Jude Bernick (Kathy), Margaret Watts (Bobby) and Frank Bernick (Alice).
