He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Locklin and Agnes Locklin; his sister Shirley Bell; and his grandson Daryl Perry Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Karen; his children, Crystal Locklin, Michael Locklin (Leslie), Yvonne Perry (Daryl), Rob Miller (Nicole) and Kimberly Miller; his grandchildren, Bernon Perry, Tahee Locklin, Byron Ellis, Jr., Leroy Ellis, Kiaera Locklin, Robert Lee Miller, Jr., Anthony James Catagnus IIII, Salvatore Lorenzo Catagnus, Amaya Locklin, Ayanna Locklin, Shameka Brown, Tyrone Reyes and Benjamin Bowman; and his sisters, Mary Williams, Anita Tuggle, Vicki Locklin and Molly Locklin. He is also survived by twenty-three great grandchildren.
