She was predeceased by: her father Richard J. Wagener. She is survived by: her husband Jerry Weltman; her mother Carol M. Wagener; her children, Katie Weltman and Jake Weltman; and her siblings, Dan (Susan), Tom (Danielle), Sue (Scott) and Bob (Erin). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
