It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce England (Norristown, Pennsylvania), born in Lima, Ohio, who passed away on November 23, 2018, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Peggy Shields; and her brother Joseph Shields. She is survived by: her parent Dallas Shields; her husband Jay England; her children, John (Lisa) of West Norriton, Kurt (Melissa) of Monroe and Frank (Blythe) of Gilbertsville; and her grandchildren, Ashton, Zachary and Aidan.
