He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Mulligan and Mary Mulligan. He is survived by: his wife Theresa; his sister Margaret Souder; and his children, Joseph Jr. (Stacey), Christine Cioffi (Angelo) and Michael (Mary). He is also survived by five grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Joe's name can be made to Einstein Montgomery Hospice 1330 Powell St. Norristown, PA 19401.
