He was predeceased by: his parents, Simon and Leonie. He is survived by: his wife Virginia; his sisters, Sonia and Lili (Tacvor); his children, Simone (Jerry), Andre (Beth) and Marc (Meghan); and his grandchildren, Andre III, Bennett, Jack and Wilma. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
