He is survived by: his wife Joanne C.; his children, Nancy Burke (Tom), Joseph, Jr. (Kathy), Joanne Horner (Neil), Jack (Mary Theresa), Charles (Ann), Kathy O'Dare (Kevin) and Michael (Amber); and his grandchildren, Jen, Joe, Joanna, Kaileen, Lauren, Tommy, Neil, Joey, Michael, John, Pat, Bridget, Brian, Sean, Molly, Annie, Liam, Kevin, Mary Kate, Abby, Grace and Michael, Jr.. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
Due to the current Pandemic, Joe's services will be private to his immediate family.
