He is survived by: his children, Melissa Lyn O'Hara-Shelley (Scott) and Ryan Zerpa (Kim Barren); his grandchildren, Austin Joseph Shelley, Langston Eugene Shelley and Bryce Paul Zerpa; his siblings, Gene O'Hara, Mary Helen Hutchison (Kiehl), John O'Hara (Gina), Karen Bono (Stephen), Kevin O'Hara (Sue), Jim O'Hara (Robin) and Robert O'Hara (Debbie); and his former wife Kim Kuhar.
