He was predeceased by: his parents, James Castenova and Anna Castenova (Belitta); and his siblings, Joseph Castenova, Lena Mitchelin, Mary Gatta, Grace Price, Charles Castenova, Anthony Castenova and James Castenova.
He is survived by: his wife Joanne Castenova (Granese); his daughter Lisa Branca (Tony); his grandsons, Anthony Branca, Matthew Branca (Julia Paravotti) and Vincent Branca; his great grandchild Bella Branca; and his sisters-in-law, Catherine Saylor (late Carmen Ruggiano) and Neila Harrison (late Robert). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in memory of Jack to the Suburban Community Hospital Cardiac Center, 2701 Dekalb Pk., East Norriton PA, 19401; the St Jude's Children Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Pl, Memphis, TN 38105; or Holy Saviour Parish.
