He was predeceased by: his parent Victor Frangiosa; and his brother Victor Frangiosa Jr.. He is survived by: his parent Helen Frangiosa (Welcer); his wife Theresa Frangiosa (Braconaro); his children, John Frangiosa (Tina), Toni Ann Narciso (Charles) and Matthew Frangiosa; his grandchildren, Colton, Gianna, Gabriel, Amanda and Alyssa; and his brother Pasquale Franciosa.
