He was predeceased by: his parents, James T. Cullen, and Elizabeth Cullen, Jr. (Dempsey); and his siblings, Patricia Stitzinger, John Cullen and Michael Cullen.
He is survived by: his close friend Lynn Porrino of East Norriton; and his siblings, Sally Carracappa of East Norriton and Kevin Cullen (Gail) of Schwenksville. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
