He was predeceased by: his grandmother Mary Ann Angelo. He is survived by: his parents, Stacy Angelo (John Mellon) and James Maguire (Jessica Knable); his siblings, Anthony Maguire (Katie), Nicolas Mellon, Nino Mellon, Noah Mellon, Desiree Maguire (Eddie) and Natalia Mellon (Kris); his grandparents, James E. Maguire, Elizabeth Maguire and Fred Angelo; and his nieces and nephews, Jackson, Aiden, Philip, Jason, Gia and Riley. He is also survived by Many Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.
