He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Victory and Sarah Victory; his wife Mary Victory; his daughters, Erin Gawlick (Michael) and Joy Minnick (JR); his grandchildren, Mary, Suzie, Sarah and Victor; his siblings, Terry Katz, Patsy Victory and Tommy Victory (Josie); and his daughter Bertie.
