He was predeceased by: his parents, Paolo Santangelo and Alberta Santangelo (Scardino); and his sister Rosa (Saladino). He is survived by: his wife Brigida Santangelo (Falcetta); his children, Paolo Santangelo (Danielle), Giuseppe Santangelo (Trisha) and Betty Nascimento (Jude); and his grandchildren, Bella, Ava, Lorenzo, Nicholas, Samuel, Giada and Daniel.

Family requests, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Holy Saviour Church, or The American Cancer Society.
