He is survived by: his children, Ronald Hays (Diane), Michael Hays (Amy), Diana Hays, Connie Hays and Denise Hays; his grandchildren, Jennifer (Mark), Kristi, Ryan (Evelynda), Stephanie, Daniel and Justin; and his great grandchildren, Avary, Dylana and Aiden.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to St. Jude Hospital.
