He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Ciaccio and Josephine Ciaccio (Musillino); his wife Dolores Donofrio Ciaccio (DiGiacomo); and his brothers, Anthony, Joseph and James.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Donofrio (Estela), Joanne Marano, Carol Griffith (Richard) and Mary Ciaccio; his sister Margaret Leszczynski (Stanley); his grandchildren, Christen, Anthony, Lauren Williams (Todd) and Richard (Victoria); his great grandchildren, Tanner and Luciano; and his sisters, Francis Iacono, Mary Ann Serafine and Helen DeStefano.
