She was predeceased by: her parents, Gasper Ciaccio and Mary Ciaccio (Mancini); and also Albert John Wesselt. She is survived by: her children, Richard Wesselt (Amy) and Deborah Scott (Jerry Chicchi); her grandchildren, Taylor Angela Scott, Thomas John Scott Jr., Logan Michael Wesselt and Carson David Wesselt; her great grandchildren, Brantley David Scott and Giovanna Rose Scott; her brother Harry Ciaccio (Sandra); her nephew Michael Ciaccio; her niece Nicole Ciaccio; and her great-nephews, Michael Ciaccio and Jack Ciaccio. She is also survived by Her Mother, Aunts, Grandmother, and Great Aunts.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Holy Saviour Church in memory of Frances.
