She was predeceased by: her parents, Momma and George Bratcher; her children, Priscilla (Cill), Brenda Joyce Matthews, Thomas and James Randall (Jimmy); and her siblings, Sarah Francis Bratcher, Rosa Lee Sanford, Liza Jane Madison, Edward Bellamy, Sr., Ellic, Wilbur and Louis Bratcher.
She is survived by: her husband Luther Charles Randall (L. C.); her granddaughter Barbara; her children, Barbara Stephens (Bernard), Charles and Gary Randall of Norristown, PA.; her sisters, Onetta Deas (Norman) and Shirley Smith of Conway; and her siblings-in-law, Mary Clare Bratcher of Huber Heights, Mary Dewitt of Philadelphia, PA., Leo Randall (Johnnie) of Washington, D. C. and Billy Randall (Georgia) of Conway.
