She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew and Anna; her husband John G. Augustine; and her brother Donald Nice of Pottstown. She is survived by: her daughter Diane Augustine; her niece Lois Horne; and her nephew Jonathan Nice.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Evelyn's memory to Montgomery County.
