She was predeceased by: her husband John "David" Goodwin. She is survived by: her children, Amy Perry (Michael), Megan Fenn (Timothy) and Mark Goodwin (Michell); and her grandchildren, Christian, Katelyn, Hunter, Chloe, Erin, Amelia, Gage, Andrew, Matthew and Nathan. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to the current pandemic, Donna's family has decided the her Life Celebration will be held at a later date when it is safer to gather.
