He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret Lindeman (Bangert); his parents, John Lindeman and Desna Lindeman (Swank); and his sister Shirley Alderfer. He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Lindeman (J. D. Walters) of San Diego, CA, Dawn Frye (David) of Ft. Worth, TX, Deborah Pishock (Craig) of Gilbertsville, PA and Joel Lindeman (Ann Marie) of Lake Ridge, VA; and his brothers, Bruce and Lawrence Lindeman. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.

Don not only was a superior carrier, but someone who excelled in training and looking after new employees. Don would finish his route, and then go help new carriers, without pay. He was a great man, I miss.”
