He was predeceased by: his parents, Headley Krier and Frieda Krier (Steinhilber); his wife Mary F. Krier (Ford); and his siblings, Gordon "Cork" Krier, Esther "Essie" Heimer and Dorothy "Dot" Zenzer.
He is survived by: his children, Douglas H. Krier (Karen) and Mindy K. Oslowski (Gary); his grandchildren, Alex, Andrew Krier, Cailee, Kendall and Jordan Oslowski; and his sister Virginia "Ginny" Ginther (Robert).
