He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Jugoon Spaulding; his siblings, Charles Spaulding (Camille) and Jackie Spaulding; his parents-in-law, David and Sandra Jugoon; his siblings-in-law, Peter Jugoon (Susan) and Sarah Jugoon; and his nieces and nephews, Justis, Isaiah Lewis of Daniel Jugoon, Melissa Lewis, Blaire, Shannon, Joi Spaulding and Julia Jugoon.
