He was predeceased by: his parents, Percy L. Williams, Jr. and Ruth Matthews Williams; and his aunts, Bessie Williams Wright, Ruth Ann Williams Perry and Nancy Matthews.
He is survived by: his uncles, Louis O. Matthews and Samuel Matthews, Jr.; his brother Cameron M. Williams; his wife Cheryl Dinkins; his uncles, Robert, Jeffrey Williams (Elizabeth) and Vernon Wright; and his niece Destiny Hannibal.
