She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred DeNendo and Pauline DeNendo; and her sister Florence DeNendo. She is survived by: her husband Anthony C. Monastero "Toot"; her children, Loretta Monastero Brown, Anthony C. Monastero, Jr. (Joyce Brown Monastero), Justin Monastero, Jillian Monastero Dyba (David) and Shannon Brown; her great grandchildren, Nyla Monastero and Wyatt Dyba; and her sister Dorothy Hassinger. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:50 AM at the St. Francis of Assisi (601 Buttonwood St, Norristown, PA 19401). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Francis of Assisi Church of Norristown (601 Buttonwood St, Norristown, PA 19401). A Mass was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Calvary Cemetery - Conshohocken (235 Matsonford Rd, Conshohocken, PA 19428).
