She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerardo Perna and Lena Perna (Mollica); her husband Frank; and her brother Rev. Joseph J. Perna. She is survived by: her children, Marianne Staniszewski (Lou), Mark Damiani (Jen), Marilyn Damiani and David Damiani (John). She is also survived by five grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Connie's family has requested, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Missionary Sisters of Charity 630 DeKalb St., Norristown PA 19401.
