He was predeceased by: his parents, Raffaele Sica and Rosina Sica (Palatucci); and his siblings, Mario, Bernardino Sica and Margherita Schiavone.
He is survived by: his wife Camilla Sica (Nogarotto); his sons, Ralph Sica (Pamela Shaffer) of Tampa Florida and Albert Sica (Sandy Davis) of Montgomery Township, PA.; and his grandchildren, Michelle Sica (Brett Goldberg) of Miami Florida, Anthony Sica (Ashley Knoblach) of St. Petersburg Florida, Veronica Sica (Karl Johnson) of Columbus Georgia and Vincent Sica of Lansdale, PA.. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and extended family.
