She is survived by: her husband Michael Cavoto; her son Matthew Cavoto (Mary); her grandchildren, Michael, Max, Marita, Mario and Mercedes; her daughter Carina DeBakey (Michael) of Lancaster, PA; her granddaughters, Madeline, Genevieve and Charlotte; her siblings, Thomas Zamorski (Zosia) of Philadelphia, PA, Martha O'Neill (Joseph) of Philadelphia, PA and Stephen Zamorski (Stephanie) of Berlin, NJ; her nieces, Basia Zamorski Masusock, Ania Zamorski Carr and Teresa Zamorski Healey; and her goddaughter Lisa Ellis Rommel.
