Allen (Norristown, Pennsylvania), born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on November 19, 2020, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Russell and Audrey VanRiper (Dearie). She is survived by: her husband Bruce Allen of East Norriton, PA; her sister Deborah Harper of Landenberg, PA; and her grandsons, Samuel, Benjamin and James.
