He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Sr. Springer and Marcianna Springer (Randolph). He is survived by: his wife Bridget Springer (Mageeney); his children, Charles Carlson, Shane, Michael Springer, Dr. Catherine Mageeney and Samantha Springer; and his siblings, William Springer and Margaret Fritch.

Family request memorial contributions can be made in his memory to Area XI Pennsylvania Junior Wrestling. In lieu of flowers please make memorial donations in his name to Area XI Pennsylvania Junior Wrestling.
