She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincent V. Chinchilli and Nancy E. Chinchilli of Norristown. She is survived by: her husband Michael S. Vernacchio, Sr.; her children, Michele Sergio (Michael) of West Norriton, James Vernacchio (Deanyne) of Collegeville, Michael Jr. Vernacchio (Kimberly) of East Norriton and David Vernacchio (Stephanie) of Plymouth Meeting; her grandchildren, Carol, Matthew, Danielle, Jimmy Jr., Michael III, Elaina, Anthony, Clare, Cara, Frankie and Charles; and her sisters, Donna Powers (John) of East Norriton and Nancy Witman (Stephen) of Plymouth Meeting. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Holy Saviour Church, Norristown PA, in memory of Carol.
