He is survived by: his children, Gary Kochinsky (Anne), Diane Kochinsky and Linda Bowles; his grandchildren, Harry, Shane, Kathryn, Casey Bowles, Eric, Sarah and Brian Kochinsky; his great grandchild Korin Hudak; and his sisters, Frances Dargay (Bernard) of Hazelton and Theresa Traub (Dwight) of Media. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Bernie's name to the Alzheimer's Association.
