It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Anthony J. Tornetta (Norristown, Pennsylvania), who passed away on February 28, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ignatio Tornetta and Anna Tornetta (Bruno); his wife Josephine Spera Tornetta (Josie); his daughter Anne Dozer (Walter); his son-in-law Thomas Hetrick; and his siblings, Joseph (Jackie), Angelo Tornetta (Lou) and Josephine Natalini.
He is survived by: his daughters, Rosalie Hetrick and Maria Jacobs (John); his grandchildren, Matthew Hetrick (Melina Lezis), Alissa Smith (Kevin), Stephen Dozer (Meghan), Eric Jacobs (Jehidy) and Adam Jacobs; his great grandchildren, Ella Rose Smith, Arabella Ellen Dozer, Carson Peter Smith and Nicolia Josephine Hetrick; and his sister Lillian Dorman (Donald) of Royersford.
Due to the ongoing pandemic, and to keep everyone safe, Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated privately at Visitation B. V. M. Church. Interment will be held privately at St. Patrick Catholic Cemetery.
Due to COVID restrictions the family respectfully requests no flowers.
