He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Monastero and Paolo "Jennie" Monastero; and his siblings, Samuel, James, Charles, Lillian, Rose and Mary.

He is survived by: his wife Connie Monastero; his children, Loretta Monastero Brown and Anthony C. Monastero, Jr. (Joyce Brown Monastero); his grandchildren, Justin Monastero, Jillian Dyba (David) and Shannon Brown; and his great grandchildren, Nyla Monastero and Wyatt Dyba.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Anthony's name can be made to Einstein Hospice at 1330 Powell Street, Norristown, PA 19401.
