He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Earl and Louise Mary Richter (Shultz); and his brother Elmer Weimer (Sarah). He is survived by: his wife Martha Richter (Hull); his children, Anna R. Renard (Jason) of Virginia Beach, VA., Timothy A. Richter (Aned) of Tampa, FL., Jacob E. Richter (Lena) of Vanderbilt and Ray E. Richter (McKenzie) of Normalville; his adoptive daughter Sherri Kurutz (J. P. Kurutz); and his grandchildren, Brittany Todaro, Anthony Todaro, Timothy Todaro, Caden Richter Asher Richter, Talon Richter, Conner Richter and Gabriela Richter.
