She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodrow Brinker and Bertha Brinker (Johnston); her brothers, James, Elwood and Arnold Brinker; and her half-siblings, Thomas Woorley and Nancy Woorley.
She is survived by: her husband George W. Smith; her sons, George Wilson Smith (Jessica) of Connellsville and Westley Williams Smith of Normalville; her grandchildren, Zayden and Jazymne; and her sisters, Ruby Levendosky of Uniontown, Roberta Trump of Texas, Regina Pritts (Curttis) of Rockwood and Angie Smith of Normalville. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
