She was predeceased by: her parent George Semak; her son Donald A. Garrity; and her brother George Semak. She is survived by: her parent Mary Tamsula Semak; her husband Donald Garrity; her children, Alexis Coffman of Lake Wylie, SC., Patrick Garrity (Jody) of Belfonte, PA., Kevin Garrity of Champion and Michael Garrity of Mt; and her brother Anthony Semak of Homestead.
