He is survived by: his wife Linda Cramer; his daughters, Jennifer Hall (James) and Stefanie Cramer (JD); his adoptive son Cameron Randall (Sydney Carter); his stepchildren, Rachel Johnson and Troy Johnson; and his sisters, Martha Kalp (Dean) and Nancy Miner (Gary). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren.
