She is survived by: her parents, Walter H. "Toby" and Margaret Johnson (Sherbondy) of White; her daughter Jennifer D. Shuttlesworth (Thomas H.) of Uniontown; her siblings, Barbara A. Kisko (Andrew) of Denbo Heights, David S. Johnson (Dorothy) of Alverton, Tammy R. Layman (Harry), Karen S. Duppstadt (Jeff) of White, Kenneth W. Johnson of White, Lorri K. Pritts (Troy) of Clinton and Randy L. Johnson (Georgetta) of White; and her siblings-in-law, Deborah Layman (Kenneth) of Clinton, Kelly Vannucci (Bruce) of Clinton, Missy Johnson of White and Steve Eiford (Donna) of Clinton. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.
