He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Lewis (Basinger); his children, Robert Lewis, Billie Jo (Pete), Terry (Dana Lewis), Jerry (Silvana Lewis), Julie Lewis, Beverly (Willy Campbell), Cindy (Rick Snyder) and Bonnie (Robb Landy); his granddaughter Nicole (Bob Thomas); and his siblings, JoAnne, Rosy, Tammy, Charlie, Diane, Bob, Marge and Dink.
