He was predeceased by: his parent Charles Lilley; and his brothers, Charles "Bud" Lilley, Donald Lilley, Frankie Lilley, George "Larry" Lilley, Mearl Rae Lilley, Joe Gurki, Thomas Lilley, Harry Gene Lilley, Lloyd "Doots" Lilley, Pearl Brown, Dorothy Smith and Grace Morgan.
He is survived by: his parent Hazel Lilley (Baker); his wife Rose Lilley (Vaiano); his children, Grover "Billy" Lilley Jr., Judy Housel (Ernest Keefer) of Normalville and Tonya Aller (Thomas) of Connellsville; his siblings, John Lilley, James Lilley (Joanne) and Shirley Scott (Paul Rob); his son-in-law John "Rat"; his significant other Grub; and also Murphy. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren.
