She was predeceased by: her parents, Louretta Forsythe and Snyder; and her siblings, Karen Swope (Forsythe), Art and Ron Forsythe.

She is survived by: her children, Cari (Scott), Ryan (Cooter), Donna of Mt. Pleasant and Andrea (Wayne); her grandchildren, Curtis, Kimmy, Felicity, Josh, Scott, Julia, Ryan, Alecia, Megan, Ajaleigh, Colton, Tiffany of Cheyenne, D. J. and Harley; her great grandchildren, Ava, Kyzer, McKinley, Ali, Brooklyn, Lexi, Gracelynn, Anakin, Scott and Ari; her niece Melissa Johnson; her sister Rosetta; and her brother-in-law Jim Upton.
