Swartz of Nisbet, Pennsylvania, born in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 27, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Jane Swartz (Hamilton); his parents, Perley E. Swartz and Julia E. Swartz-Parsons (Hill); and his siblings, Francis Baker (Swartz), Mildred "Millie" Chapman (Swartz) and Robert "Bob" Swartz.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kathleen "Kathy" McFadden (Mark) of Williamsport and Mary Ann Luttrell (Paco) of Cottonwood, AZ; his grandchildren, Brandy Davis (Chad), Ashley Weaver (Craig, Jr.) and Cody McFadden (Tara); his great grandchildren, Cole, Cruz Weaver and Garrett Davis; his brother Lee Swartz (Heidi) of Williamsport; and his siblings-in-law, Leona and Jim Chapman of Williamsport. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family will provide flowers and suggest memorial donations be made in Pete's name to the Nisbet Volunteer Fire Co., 166 W Village Dr, Nisbet, PA 17702, and the Susquehanna Health Foundation c/o The Gatehouse, 1001 Grampian Boulevard, Williamsport, PA 17701.
