Oakley of Nicholson, Pennsylvania, born in Harford, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 22, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Philip Oakley Sr.; and her parents, Burton Collins and Rachel Pratt Collins. She is survived by: her children, Philip Oakley Jr. of Dalton, David Oakley (Betty) of Berrin Springs, MI, Christine White (Wayne) of Dalton, Debra Thomas (Benjamin) of Forkston and Paula Backman of Dunmore; and her sister Ruth Williams. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; one great great grandchild.
