He was predeceased by: his parent Amasa Lee; and his brother Gary Lee. He is survived by: his parent Helen Kozlowski; his daughter Shana Lee Gregory (Tracy); his grandchildren, Brody and Bryna; and also Dalton. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
