She was predeceased by: her parents, Dan P. Smith and Pearl L. Klein Smith; and her brother Robert D. Smith. She is survived by: her siblings, Kenneth Smith (Peggy Warner) of Binghamton, NY, David Smith of Taylor, Wanda (Tom Schofield) of Factoryville, Catherine (Robert Peterson) of Lake Winola, Peggy Smith of LaPlume and Sally Rapp of Scranton; and her sister-in-law Bonnie Smith of Clarks Summit. She is also survived by Several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
