Hair (Brian) of Shippensburg; his grandchildren, Zachary, Heather, Staci, Aidan and Tadhg; his great grandchildren, Gavin, Morgan, Conor, Asher, Teagan, Emmett and Jasper; his stepchildren, Elizabeth Schofield Smithmyer (Robert J.) of Denver, PA, Richard Lloyd Gray III (Fe B.) and Meredith Powell Apps (Adam D.) of West Milford, NJ.; and his stepgrandchildren, Zachary, Adam, Ashton and Abigail.
Bill retired from the Commonwealth of PA where he worked as a soils engineer and was Civil Engineer Manager General supervising the Soils & Foundation Section.
