She was predeceased by: her husband Floyd S. Rhoads; her parents, Clarence Pechart and Azile Pechart (Ramsey); her children, Sandra J. Reddick and Ronald C. Rhoads; and her siblings, Margaret Peer, Joy Pechart and Clarence Pechart, Jr..

She is survived by: her daughters, Nancy Wilson (Harold) of Shippensburg and Jo Ann McElwain (Allen) of Newville; her daughter-in-law Donna McKeehan (Dale) of Carlisle; her grandchildren, Beth Shenk (Travis), Curtis Rhoads, Benjamin Wilson (Kim), Azile McElwain, Abigail Mehalic (Tony) and Elizabeth McElwain; her great grandchildren, Taylor, Tanner, Matti Grace, Sadie, Lydia and Grayson; and her sister Jo Alleine Hamill of Ligonier. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
